By creating an account, completing an application, or uploading documents on this portal, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.

These terms apply to all applicants using the NYMAGX Graduate Engineering Program application portal.

Eligibility

This portal is intended for applicants seeking consideration for the NYMAGX Graduate Engineering Program.

  • You must provide accurate academic, identity, and contact information.
  • You must meet the program requirements communicated by NYMAGX, including any NYSC completion requirement where applicable.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee shortlisting, employment, or admission into the program.

User Responsibilities

  • Do not submit false, misleading, forged, or incomplete information or documents.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the portal, gain unauthorized access, or submit malware or harmful files.
  • Keep copies of your submitted documents and application details for your own records.

Data Accuracy and Document Submission

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit is true, complete, and current. This includes your name, date of birth, education history, phone number, email address, CV, and NYSC certificate.

NYMAGX may review, verify, or reject any submission that appears inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or ineligible.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should change your password promptly and contact the program team through the official support channel if available.

Portal Availability and Changes

NYMAGX may update, suspend, restrict, or close the portal or any part of the application process at any time, including registration windows, eligibility criteria, and assessment stages.

We may also remove duplicate, incomplete, suspicious, or ineligible applications where necessary to protect the integrity of the recruitment process.

Limitation of Liability

The portal is provided on an as-available basis. While NYMAGX aims to keep the portal secure and accessible, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the portal will always be free from errors or delays.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYMAGX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the portal, including delays, failed uploads, connectivity issues, or decisions made using inaccurate information supplied by an applicant.
